Recently I browsed http://dev.live.com/mashups and found a new and interesting Internet search application under www.999-search.com It federates the enginges of Google, Live search, Yahoo, Ask and Exalead into one UI.

After you fired a query you get a federated result back from all queried search engines along with a screen shot of the found pages.

Additionaly you are able to filter the results by search engine so that you can see which engine found which result.
